Meet Chris Ward
Chris Ward MBA, CMC
President, Strategic Directions
Chris’s eclectic business background – as a senior executive in retailing and manufacturing, founder of three successful businesses, and consultant with a major national firm – has prepared him to guide clients through a rigorous facilitated planning process while providing perspectives and strategic advice based on deep business experience. During his career, he has facilitated over 350 meetings, focus groups, workshops, and corporate retreats, conducted more than 1,300 key informant interviews with C-level executives and managers, managed over 95 online surveys and other research projects, and played a key role in developing more than 75 strategies for associations, charitable organizations, professional services firms, and for-profit businesses.
